DESCRIPTION:Dear WCC Family\,\nAs we begin a new year\, we would like to en
courage each of us to make the reading of God’s Word a regular and impor
tant part of our daily lives. The Bible is more than a book to be read\; i
 t is God’s Word to us\, bringing encouragement\, hope\, and direction fo
r our lives.\nPsalm 119:105 says\, “Your word is a lamp to my feet and a
light to my path.” When we spend time in Scripture each day\, we give G
od room to shape our thinking and help us grow in our relationship with Hi
m.\nTo help us read through the Bible during the year\, we have prepared a
Bible Reading Plan that takes us from Genesis to Revelation\, one day at
a time. Please feel free to take one of the printed Bible Reading Plan boo
klets and use it throughout the year. You can tick off each day as you com
plete the reading and see your progress as the months go by.\nIf you prefe
r a digital copy\, the reading plan is also available on our shared drive\
, where you can download the PDF and keep it on your phone\, tablet\, or c
omputer. The PDF can be used electronically\, including ticking off the da
ily readings as you complete them.\nWe have also prepared an ICS calendar
file. You can download this file and import it into your calendar\, such a
s Outlook\, Apple Calendar\, or Google Calendar. Once imported\, each day
’s Bible reading will appear in your calendar as an all-day reminder\, m
aking it easy to see what you are reading each day.\nPlease do not feel di
scouraged if you miss a day. Simply continue from where you left off. The
purpose is not to complete the plan perfectly\, but to develop a faithful
habit of spending time with God in His Word. Even a few quiet minutes each
day can make a lasting difference.\nMay we grow in the knowledge of Scrip
ture and in our love for God. May this year be a time when His Word become
s more deeply rooted in our hearts and increasingly evident in the way we
live.\nMay God bless you as you read\, listen\, learn\, and grow in His Wo
 rd.\nGod bless\,\nJohn\nClick the link for the Bible Reading Plan\;
