Building Maintenance Update

Water Damage

Airlock - The water damage to the side entrance airlock is underway. As trades are now very busy we are just waiting on the new vinyl tiles to be layed on the 10th November.

Window repairs - Completed. Don Cullen has finished coating the window architraves with some paint so it will be protected from the summer weather approaching.

Drainage - Completed. We now have a couple new inspection pits installed, a concrete curb to stop any future water run off and is now nicely top dressed with some fresh mulch.

Ashphalte - to protect the driveway a raised channel has been placed at the top to divert water run off from the road. Some pot hole sections have also been repaired.
